A number of issues were found and Daniel explained the next stage in layman’s terms so we understood exactly what the problems were. We were under big time pressures and Daniel delivered a very quick turnaround. He was even kind enough to give us advice over the phone on the Sunday we moved in when our alarm randomly went off and solved the problem for us. Top bloke!‎
